I run a property management business here in the KC Metro, working with awesome landlords who own everything from sleek new single-family homes and villas to multi-family spots. Most of what I manage is new construction, so you’ll notice the homes have a fresh, modern vibe and a consistent look inside—think clean, comfortable, and move-in ready.
